For the Season Three finale, our goal wasn’t just to celebrate the show; it was to build a world fans could actually step into.

To amplify the fandom and create a defining brand moment, we invited more than 400 fans, tastemakers, talent, and press into a fully immersive, multi-day White Lotus takeover. Across 2.5 days, every guest experienced a “real” White Lotus stay (minus the murder, of course), brought to life through thoughtful, detail-driven design.

We transformed The Four Seasons Westlake into our own version of the resort, crafting an entire design system inspired by wellness culture and Season Three’s Thai setting. Every touchpoint was intentional: bespoke wellness itineraries, spa services, custom cocktail menus, curated dining moments, and high-touch hospitality that mirrored the series’ iconic level of service. No detail was too small—from décor and florals to furniture, props, and world-building elements woven throughout the property.

This wasn’t just an event; it was a 360° universe fans could live inside. Grid-worthy capture moments, elevated gifting, and smart sponsor integrations turned the activation into the number-one trending story across finale weekend and delivered an unforgettable, story-driven escape for every attendee.
